Care and Support Services

All our services are CQC-regulated and grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches and person-centred care. We help young people and adults improve their well-being, reduce behaviours of concern, and reach their desired goals.

Our care model maximises choice and control, enabling the people we serve to achieve improved outcomes and become active citizens in their communities.

Why Families Choose Our Care at Home

*50% of families travel at least 50 miles to visit their loved ones placed in hospitals or care settings. For some families, the distance is even greater: 38% travel over 100 miles, and 13% travel up to 300 miles. No one should experience the stress of being separated from their loved ones when proactive support can be provided at home or within their communities. People deserve control over their care and the freedom to make choices suited to their needs.

Leaf Complex Care is committed to delivering humanised, holistic support. Our approach reduces the reliance on institutional care and restrictive practices, supporting people with multiple care needs associated with autism and learning disabilities to live with greater autonomy.

Our Commitment to Positive Risk-Taking

At Leaf Complex Care, we’re passionate about creating paths where people feel empowered to explore their abilities in a way that respects their needs, preferences and wishes.

We use Positive Risk-Taking to encourage people to try new experiences with newfound fulfilment and growth in every walk of life. Rather than focusing only on risk avoidance, this approach considers the potential benefits and helps people make informed choices, often leading to increased confidence and positive outcomes.
