Our dedicated Rapid Response Service offers proactive, active, and reactive structured approaches to crisis intervention, prevention and management based on best practices.

Wherever possible, we will establish a therapeutic environment for people who may be vulnerable, emotional, anxious, disorientated, distressed, or challenging in behaviour.

We train all our support staff in Positive Range of Options to Avoid Crisis and use Therapy – Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention.

Our RRSS team:

Is only a phone call away and can assist at any time of night or day for as long as is needed 24/7, 365 days of the year, supporting the individual and their family members
Employ proactive, active and reactive structured approaches to crisis intervention and management based on best practice
Wherever possible, they will establish a therapeutic environment.
Guarantee to commence the initial crisis assessment within 4 hours of your call
Are trained and skilled in dealing with crisis intervention, prevention and management
Will empower the person to begin their recovery journey by putting in place person-centred plans and positive behaviour support strategies.
