Leaf Complex Care is a CQC-regulated social care provider, offering supported living services with our own accommodation in Birmingham.
We begin by designing a supported living care plan, collaborating with the person we serve, their family and stakeholders, focusing on the key aspects of their care. From there, we embark on bringing this personalised plan to life, ensuring each person’s unique needs are met every step of the way.

How can we ensure our support is person-centred, especially when meeting people for the first time?
This is where the significance of understanding people’s different needs and strengths becomes central to our support workers. It’s about recognising the seemingly small but impactful details through active listening, showing great interest in the things people love, and openly engaging with the people we support, as well as their families.
Additionally, our support workers collaborate with the therapy team, including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Specialists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, who are integral to delivering tailored support plans.
