CQC Ratings

Following our recent inspection, we are pleased to inform you that we have received our Care Quality Commission (CQC) report.
The inspection, which took place at the beginning of July, rated us as excellent in all service areas.

An inspector interviewed the people we support, their family members, and our support teams. It was a query for their comments and input.
‘How does it feel to be supported by us?’ and ‘How does it feel to work for us?’ were two of the leading questions posed.

Here are a few examples of comments we received during the inspection:

• We had an excellent experience with support workers from Leaf Complex Care. It has been fantastic for Luke in many ways. Having a solid core team has been critical to his overall well-being, mental health, and the management of challenging behaviour.
• Noah is settled and very happy because the clinicians that work for Leaf really tried to get to know him.
• My daughter Amelia gained much confidence from the Leaf Complex Care personnel. She is more independent than ever. We are so happy!
• The staff team reassured my husband Arthur that they were looking out for his best interests. They gave him all the care he needed after his surgery, and now he can carry on with his life with ease.
