Our South East office has received a GOOD rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
In addition to our comprehensive support services, our South East office offers a Rapid Response Service for people who require immediate assistance or intervention.
Whether responding to behaviours that challenge or providing support during times of crisis, our Rapid Response Service provides peace of mind to the supported people and their families.
With a guaranteed turnaround time of 4-6 hours from the initial call, depending on the location, we ensure that people receive support when they need it most.
