As a valued member of our family, you will be supporting people with complex care needs in a variety of ways. This could include supporting someone transitioning from hospital back into their community, a placement breakdown or providing longer-term care and support at home.
To provide the highest levels of care to the people we support and their support networks, our experienced Support Workers need to have:
- A diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 (or a completed Care Certificate, or 2 years of work experience in the care sector)
- Good relationship building and team player skills
- A warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with a real passion for making a difference
- A punctual and flexible nature
- A fully digital registration process and reliable/accurate payroll service
- A dedicated Clinician Care Team, and benefits and rewards package

*Terms: Following a successful interview, your DBS application must be completed within 3 days, with online training having started/face-2-face training booked within 7 days, to be completed within a two-month timeframe
