Receive tailored complex care that leads to greater independence
At Leaf Complex Care, we support people living with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs. Our in-house team of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) specialists, speech and language therapists, and occupational therapists ensure personalised and humanised support.
We have teams of support workers trained in British Sign Language (BSL). This enables us to provide effective communication and support to people who are deaf or hard of hearing, helping them participate fully in receiving proactive support.
Additionally, we offer supported living services. We understand the importance of independence and choice, and our supported living service empowers people to live the life they deserve.
Designed to provide immediate support in crisis situations, our Rapid Response Service is ready to support people with complex care needs when they need it most.
With our compassionate approach and quick response, you can rely on us to provide the support you need, with a turnaround guarantee of 4-6 hours from the initial call.
We have received accreditation with the Autism Specialist Award from the National Autistic Society.
This recognition reflects our ongoing efforts to provide inclusive, person-centred environment, where autistic people feel understood, respected, and supported – across all our services.
Experience working with a team of highly trained support workers and specialist in-house therapists.
We are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
