Are you an experienced Support Worker? Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference to others?
We’re Leaf Complex Care and our goal is to empower individuals with complex care needs to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
As a valued member of our family, you will be supporting people with complex care needs in a variety of ways. This could include supporting someone transitioning from hospital back into their community, a placement breakdown or providing longer-term care and support at home.
Our three core values of Family, Impact and Teaming are at the centre of our Transforming Care culture, which drives how we do business, how we work together, and how we transform the lives of others.
In order to provide the highest levels of care to the people we support and their support networks, our experienced Support Workers need to have:
A diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 (or a completed Care Certificate, or 2 years of work experience in the care sector)
A full UK driving license to access remote areas and various locations across Devon
Good relationship building and team player skills
A warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with a real passion to make a difference
A punctual and flexible nature
In return for your passion and hard work, we offer our family members:
Competitive rates of pay
A comprehensive induction and training (including PROACT-SCIPr-UK®)
Flexible working patterns, fantastic placements, and career development opportunities
A fully digital registration process and reliable/accurate payroll service
A dedicated Clinician Care Team, and benefits and rewards package
** Refer someone you know and earn up to £200!
