We are delighted to announce that we have received our first Care Quality Commission (CQC) Report following our recent inspection. Carried out at the beginning of July, the inspection rated us as good in all aspects of the service.
The people we support, their family members, and our support teams, were interviewed by the inspector for their comments and input into what it is like to be supported by us, and what it is like to work for us.
Here are just a few snippets of the feedback we received during the inspection:
- Leaf have been fantastic for xxxx in so many ways. Having a strong core team has been extremely important for his wellbeing, mental health and management of behaviour which can challenge.
- xxxx is settled and happy because they have staff who know him well.
- … staff instilled great confidence.
- … felt reassured by the staff team as they had xxxx’s best interests at heart.
