During our journey towards transforming healthcare for the better, we created an opportunity for the people receiving care and their families, health professionals, clinicians, social workers and others to share their voice and thoughts through our first Catalyst Care Group 2023 Survey.
We created this survey to foster open and transparent discussions of the future of health and social care, in which collaboration, humanised complex care, and employee welfare are paramount.
As valuable members of our community, your personal views and experiences are fundamental in helping us understand the current challenges and chances for improvement in the UK care sector.
Your participation in the Catalyst Care Group 2023 survey allows us to identify your experience as a service user, family member, support worker, caregiver, and health professional to share your experiences of the healthcare sector in the UK.

The purpose of the survey is to understand better the needs of our service users, our employees, clinicians and commissioners and the up-to-date challenges in the healthcare sector so we can improve our services and your overall experience.

The 2023 Catalyst Survey will be open from 31st July 2023 until 3rd September 2023, and it will be used to:
- Create an up-to-date picture of the current sector challenges.
- Share expertise and experience across the health and social care sector.
- Improve our practices to meet the needs of people receiving care and their families.
- Improve and enrich our knowledge further to meet the needs of caregivers.
- Work in partnership with colleagues in the sector to drive positive change.
Humanising Health Through Best-Led Practices
Throughout the years, we have implemented innovative strategies and practices to continuously improve our services for the people we support. Every day is a reflection of what we have done and what else we can do to empower people to excel in their roles, bringing a human touch to every person and family we support.
Our anniversary was the perfect occasion to highlight and celebrate our milestones and achievements we accomplished during these five years.
- We provided high-quality care and support, empowering people to live as independently as possible within their homes and communities. ⠀
- We achieved a “Good”rating from the Care Quality Commission for our tailored services.
- We provided multi-faceted training to our support workers, fostering their expertise and passion for providing person-centred and humanised support to every individual we serve.
- We expanded our working space into a brand-new office in Bristol. ⠀
- Our team has evolved into one big, people-centric family with a unified mission: to support people towards their journey to a healthier, happier and more rewarding life.
As healthcare professionals, we have always strived for consistency in providing high-quality and person-centred care to people who need it the most. Regardless of the role within the team, providing peace of mind and meeting the needs of the families we support has always been our priority.
Navigating change through continuous improvement is our mindset, the solid foundation of our culture, values and mission.

This is a completely anonymous survey and will take 5-10 minutes of your time. You can skip questions you don’t want to answer or don’t know the answer.

You can leave your email address at the end of the survey to receive a link to download the whitepaper publication when it’s completed.
The data gathered will be used to form a Whitepaper Publication, along with analysis and opinions from leading experts from the industry.
