Meet Tracy
Tracy is the Registered Manager for Leaf Complex Care, Bristol.
Originally from South Africa, Tracy left school at 16 to care for her mum and soon realised how much enjoyment she got from caring for someone. She also learnt very quickly the challenges carers can face.
Having worked in the care sector for nearly a decade, Tracy started her career as a Care Coordinator for one the UK’s largest independent providers of residential care for older people. Working closely with experienced and dedicated care teams to ensure loved one’s needs were met, Tracy learnt how important it is to deliver high-quality continuity of care, getting to know each individual and putting together care packages that would be unique to each and everyone’s needs and requirements.
Before starting at Leaf Complex Care, Bristol Tracy had worked as a Registered Manager for a charity providing high quality housing, care and support for older people in the South West and a leading national ‘care at home’ provider. Tracy has also worked as an Emergency Care Assistant working with paramedics as part of an emergency ambulance crew attending 999 calls.
At Leaf Complex Care, Bristol, Tracy will work closely with loved ones, their circle of support and other health and social care professionals to help plan personalised care and support – tailored to ensure we meet each individual’s needs and requirements, goals and aspirations.
“I love working with Leaf Complex Care as everyone I work with put loved ones we support and their families above everything.”
As well as being a busy mum of three boys (and three cats!) Tracy is a lifelong Liverpool supporter and she’s happiest when she’d by the sea with her family. Tracy’s favourite quote is ‘people will forget what you say and do for them, but they will never forget how you make them feel’.

Adam Humphrey is a Senior Coordinator at Leaf Complex Care.
Within my first few months of joining The Catalyst Care Group and working for our sister company Nurseline, I progressed from being part of the Service Partnership Team to become an Account Manager.
I later joined Leaf Complex Care as Senior Coordinator.
A key part of my current role at Leaf is to liaise, manage and place our clinicians, while guiding and assisting the families we support.
As a people person, I love working with and helping others, and I am proud to be part of the Clinician Care Team.
Outside of work, I am a goalkeeper for my local team in Bristol and play every Sunday.

Meet Sharon
Sharon is the Registered Manager for Leaf Complex Care, Exeter.
One of the reasons why Sharon chose a career in social care is that she is a busy mum of four boys (two who have physical disabilities) and a sister who has a physical and learning disability. Realising that she needed a degree to do what she really loved and know she wanted to make a real difference she went to university at the age of 40. And, 12 years later here she is – a Registered Manager for Leaf Complex Care, Exeter.
Having worked in various roles across social care, Sharon is a passionate advocate and supporter for those living with complex care needs, ensuring their voice is heard.
Sharon Jones is a highly experienced Care Manager with over 25 years’ experience in complex care, specifically in advocacy and children’s services, offering a wealth of both personal and professional experience. She has been an Operations Manager for a registered charity supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties and a Development Manager for a user-led organisation supporting adults with physical, leaning disabilities and sensory impairments – and the carers that support them.
Since moving to Devon, Sharon has taken on several interim roles across the social care sector gaining experience in local authorities, including working as Interim Manager of residential children’s homes for young people with learning disabilities and adverse childhood trauma.
Sharon moved to Devon five years ago with her partner and lives just outside Exeter and has two cats. She enjoys all types of crafts and recently taught herself how to crochet.
