We offer a continuity of care that aims to empower people we support to begin their journey of recovery by putting in place person-centred plans and positive behaviour support strategies.
I have a passion for supporting people to live their best lives. I have over 14 years of experience working within the social care sector. I am a solution-focused, responsive, innovative leader with the ability to troubleshoot efficiently and deliver continuous improvement.
I have over 20 years of experience with the social care sector and recently joined Leaf Exeter and found everyone so welcoming, throughout the Group. I am impressed by how person-centered it is for the families supported and the clinicians, which is something that I have not experienced anywhere else I have worked.
I am really enjoying my new role within leaf. I feel that coming to work each day I am helping to make a really difference in the lives of our clients. I enjoy spending time with my colleagues and working as part of a team.
I like my new job so far because it’s something I have not done before, everyone really friendly and made me feel welcome. I think that it’s a nice place to work at.
