Meet the team

Louise Bray

Nominated Individual and Coach

I have a passion for supporting people to live their best lives. I have over 14 years of experience working within the social care sector. I am a solution-focused, responsive, innovative leader with the ability to troubleshoot efficiently and deliver continuous improvement.

Sarah Smith

General Manager

Growth comes from the willingness to go through periods of fear and discomfort to reach a higher level of normal.

Tracey Prewett

Family Relations manager

I’m very approachable and love to connect with people on a personal level. This builds well into my role of building relationships with the Clinicians, Families and individuals we support. I believe this is crucial for successful support.

Alex Giurgi

Care Coordinator

Working with Leaf Complex Care allows me to be part of a team that helps improve our families’ lives—helping me grow as a person and help others to grow too.

Chantelle Lawton

Senior Registered Manager

I’ve worked in health and social care for almost ten years now. I have a family member with autism. Therefore, I’m very happy that here at Leaf Complex Care, I can use my skill set and help people in need feel happier and healthier. I’m dedicated to providing high-quality support to those in need and making a positive impact in people’s lives every day.

Helen Krill

Care Coordinator

As a parent of boys with complex needs, I understand the challenges families can face and I want to use my experience and knowledge to ensure that our families are fully supported.

Pete Ashman

Administrative Assistant

‘I am proud to be the office administrator role at Leaf Complex Care Bristol. It is satisfying to know that my employer cares so much about the families we support as well as the staff they employ.’

Ashlee Higton

Clinician Centricity Specialist

“The mental health of our clinicians is so important to us and being a clinician-centricity specialist allows me to build trust with our clinicians and be a key part of their support network when they are going through a difficult time regardless if it’s inside or outside of work. It’s important to support them to the best version of themselves which in turn allows them to be fully present for the person they are directly supporting”

Bojana Nojic

Senior Compliance Administrator

“I joined the compliance team a year and a half ago, and I am the Senior Compliance Administrator for Leaf Bristol. My work includes tasks that make clinicians fully compliant so that our service users are properly supported and our company is a safe place to work. Taking care of compliance means we ensure our clinicians have their mandatory training, DBS, RTW, driving documents, and all additional checks or documents that are CQC required.”
